Green Bean Minutes

Today I intended to harvest the rest of the green beans and tear down all the rotting vines in preparation for planting of new things.  I say Green Bean Minutes instead of “Green Bean Afternoon” or “Green Bean Day” because I count the time I’m free to do something with both hands in minutes.  Got the Green Beans down and the vines pulled off as desired…Nolan wasn’t too happy towards the end though as he sat in his stroller watching, even though we took multiple breaks to eat, take a walk around the block, and just be held awhile,  so the jaunt back to the house consisted of Nolan in my arms and the green beans in the stroller.  I love carry a warm bundle around in my arms!  Especially when it’s my baby boy.

    Nolan here again…you know I was thinking, I seem to be a celebrity or something on this site…but I just want everyone to know….I take no credit myself. All I did was just show up, don some cute clothes, and voila! Can I help it if I’m so good looking, have chiseled abs, and steel-blue eyes? Wait till you see my jaw….

    Seriously though, I’d like to thank my mom and dad for sharing their excellent DNA and genes with me…..I hope I got the good ones…I know there are some squirrelly genes in the family too….esp back a generation…I’m hoping I don’t turn out to have what many call ‘faded jeans’….
