So much of our lives are pretty centered around Nolan these days, but I can’t forget the other extremely important man in my life- the one who will be still be here with me to hang out with and cuddle with once Nolan is grown and gone.

Couldn’t pass up this 99 cent fire truck hat at the thrifstore….I mean, it’s even a CHIEF hat. :)-Â Oh yeah and daddy’s shirt finishes out the outfit of course.

See this little 3 year old brown eyed beauty? Nolan spied her at the park this evening and just was all smiles staring at her. Her name is Alejandra- how much more exotic can you get?
Then he asked me, “guls (girls)…..kiss hug?”
Mommy: “um….i guess so…”
He walked over to her and tried to reach through some playground bars that she was standing behind to hug her. Then he toddled off to play and she kind of followed him. They never talked, but appeared to be smitten. And what’s not to like? She is totally adorable! And she’s got natural highlights worth $300 in the salon (kids have it all!)….
But the real point to our evening was dinner out at the park, with Daddy Lam as the chef. Price? Free Taste? Superb- Ben makes THE BEST potatoes you could possibly imagine.
The temperature outside was perfect, the lighting was fantastic, and it just felt so fresh and smelled of clean grass.
