Nolan was the perfect helper to get the rest of the apricots from the tree in our side yard.  We kept some out for eating, and the rest I pureed in the Vitamix and froze in ice cube trays- now we have frozen apricot cubes anytime we want an apricot smoothie.  Now that’s something you can’t buy at the store!
