It was the right thing for our family to do that day and was really good quality time for the three of us…..it was beautiful, and freezing but in an absolutely refreshing way.

Well, I am really appreciating life right now.  My health since arriving back home from our month long treatment in San Diego is so improved I dare say I’m a completely different person from the shadow of myself I’d become this past year.  I feel so much joy in my heart- it feels so good to feel GOOD!

Can’t believe it will soon be 13 years since I married this handsome fellow. – – – ->

And I love my little boy who’s growing up so fast!
